[ST] Warning label decal funk removal?

Yo Dawg folk,

I removed the warning and breakin decals from my tank
leaving the nasty funky goo on the tank.
What is the best/safest way to clean this mess up?
I have a variety of nasty things to try:

Windex
409
Castrol Super Clean
Denatured alcohol
Laquer thinner
Acetone
MEK

Clearly someone should help me before I need a new paint job ;-)
