I have a Legend, not the Vista, and am not aware of a USB option. I presume
you're concerned about the map upload time?

The USB adapter won't help with the transfer speed. Both the PC and the
Etrex still see it as a serial connection, limited to the Etrex's abysmally
slow 9600 baud.
