Re: [ST] Countershaft Sprocket [was: size of top box capacity in dimensions?]

As a Triumph newbie who senses (How reliable are my senses regarding triples
after riding fours for so long? Unknown) that my 2002 Sprint ST is geared a
bit too tall, my questions for you experienced Triumph brethren concern
gearing.

Did Triumph gear the 2002 Sprint ST taller than previous years? What
gearing changes have been made out there that are recommended? My Sprint
sure feels like it could have shorter gearing of down one tooth in front and
up one in back (to keep wheelbase the same) without problem. Comments?

BTW - Triumph just took me from Fla to Mid-Ohio via snarled back roads of
NC, VA, WV, and Southern Ohio, Great bike and great ride.

If anyone sent me e-mail during the last month while I was gone, ...I did
not get it. My mail box was surprisingly empty when I got home. (Someone
in the house doing me a favor?????)
