[ST] Re: st-digest V2002 #443

Actually this is the C clamp from your description. We had
to bend the tabs to get it to fit at all. The clamp DOES
fit tight around the pipe. From what I've heard they send
a round clamp to oval pipe buyers which causes another
slew of fitting problems.
I've tried rotating the link and believe it or not this is
as good as we (my mechanic originally installed the can
while doing some other work on the bike) could get it.
Too bad to hear about these complaints on Wolf now cause I
couldn't find anythiing but positives in the ST archives
prior to purchase. Oh well. FWIW I have been in contact
with Wolf and they seem interested in helping me sort it
out. And it is a nice looking and sounding pipe.
Cheers,
Robbie
