I bought a Roof Diversion recently.
The venting is excellent, the visor never fogs up, even at a standstill (How
do they do that then?) and it's extremely quiet.

The downside is that the visor mechanism is not quick release. It requires
the use of a coin or screw driver to switch visors.

Paint and linings seem to be of a very hight quality.
Price wise, it's on  par with Shoei.
