Re: [ST] I wanna cool helmet!

Roof helmets are really neat looking helmets. Sold in Europe. They are not as of yet USDOT certified. Although they are certified for use in England which has stricter standards that USDOT. They look a bit like fighter pilot helmets.

www.thevisorshop.com

has prices for these helmets as well as clear, tinted, silver and iridium shields.

A what?!? Any links to info?

For the original poster worried he might have a Shoei vs Arai head, Arai
has at least 2 different shapes now so you can usually find one that fits
well. I think they say the shapes in Quantum (RX7) and Signet differ in
"long oval" and "round oval".

I used to wear a Shoei RF200 and went into an Arai RX7-RR3 if that helps
any.
