RE: [ST] Valve shim question

Brian,

Actually, Ruth won't be going. She was originally planning on coming as far
as Glacier Park before turning back, but life has intervened and she won't
be having enough time off to do that. I will certainly post a trip report
once I get back. My basic trip starts in New Mexico and travels North to
Glacier Park, through BC to Alaska and back home via Washington, Oregon, N
California, Nevada, Utah. My St will then have been in every state West of
the Mississippi. I'll work on finishing the East side next year.

I've decided to do all of the maintenance on all of my bikes from now on.
If I get into trouble, I do know several mechanics who will come to my
assistance (in exchange for beer). If I ever have trouble with the ECU,
I'll have to haul the bike to Colorado, I guess. We actually have a few
honkawayamazuki dealerships open on Monday here, so maybe I can get what I
need.

Alaska sounds like a wonderful trip. Of course, Ruth and the Vstrom
will be going? Good luck, and be sure and give us a trip report when
you get back.

Laters,
Brian
