DR,
I have the same year ST and same Ti can.  In order to have this can work
with the hard bags, you have to buy, from Two Brothers, a short "S" shaped
pipe. It is specifically for the ST and it fits in between the can and the
pipe coming out of the bike itself.  Call Two Brothers and ask them for it.
It costs about $80 or $90.  I got mine about a year and a half ago so I
would guess they still make it.  If you need more info, e-mail me back.

I have just purchased a "Two Brothers" slip on exhaust for my 2001 Sprint
ST. It is the large oval titanium model. Of course the instructions that
came with it are from the "beta" version and some things have changed
compared to their website instructions.

The pipe, with a few changes from TBR's directions will work in a high
position, but I am unable to adjust the fit to accommodate the lower
position
for the saddle bags. TBR does not address the bags in their instructions.

Has anyone been able to fit a"TBR" or other aftermarket exhaust to an ST
with bags?
