[ST] Re: ST improvments

After a whole buttload of miles I would have to say
the improvments I would love to see would be 10 more
HP and 10 less lbs. Part of the appeal of this bike is
that its not overloaded with digital krap and
bells/whistles. Its relitavly simple and very user
friendly.

Perhaps a nice little lockable compartment in the
fairing as on the Trophys, but smaller. This would
make a place for the chatterbox and radio for the very
long hauls. Still no real problems or complaints.

I have yet to get it out at night since replacing the
headlamps w/the phiaa bulbs but I have been much
easier to see during daytime hours. There is still
notihng on the market I would replace this bike with.
I will be anxious to see the next generation Sprint. I
really hope to see it keep its current charactor, not
leaning towards some of the heavier sport tourers that
have come on the market in recent months.

Keep it comfortable, reasonably simple, reasonably
light and reasonably fast and I will buy another when
that time comes. (Triumph, if your listening, PLEASE
KEEP the analog gauges)
