[ST] MCN Aug 28 suspension special

I was watching the follow on messages in the thread that resulted
from the message I've enclosed below.  There was talk of a someone
getting a re-print of the article etc to send to the list.  Did
anything ever eventuate from that?  I'd love to have read of the
article.
