Mitch-

That's your bike's way of telling you that the engine is off. From the
bike's point-of-view, this is a problem as you should be out riding it and
not parking it.

Got to be a short in the wiring to that one light. Kinda weird though. Other
than cracking jokes, that's the best I can give.
