RE: [ST] Radar installation

FYI - Radar detectors have been legal for use in Connecticut for several
years now. It's only Virginia and Washington D.C., and military bases. Even
then, my son says he's well educated on military law and detectors CAN be
used there also. (But why, there's not much good sport riding inside a fence
anyway.)
