Pete,

If you take Avon as an example ('cos they post this kind of data)...
                                AV39    AV35
The rolling radius:    120/60 = 0.277m  0.281m
                       120/70 = 0.289m  0.291m
Theoretical ride height diff. = 12.6mm   9.8mm

FWIW, I run a 120/70 front with 5mm pull-through (this reduces the rake from
25 deg to about 24.6 deg), and this noticeably (subjectively?) sharpens the
steering. I have an Ohlins rear shock, which doesn't have height adjustment.
