I'm from Connecticut and I am fully aware of the fact that when it is 
1:00AM in CT it is 10:00PM (not 9:00PM) in the western portion of the 
contiguous US.

Hmmm. Maybe that's why we don't all move to CA. YOU ALL SLEEP TOO LATE 
AND SHOW UP AN HOUR LATE!

All kidding aside, I concur with you about rider education. Not only 
would it make some interesting programming, it would be a good public 
service. Maybe it would give some of the Nascar fans a new POV on 
motorcyclists. There has been a few times when an (*) in a pick-up truck 
with a "3" decal in the back window has swerved towards me.

BTW (*) is short for a$$hole (a tip of the helmet to Vonnegut). And 
concur is not latin for "with mongrel."
