Well, so far it hasn't been a huge deal since it is right about -5 degrees F
(with the wind chill), and I did budget the money for the jacket, and if it
actually shipped yesterday like the guy said, I will be satisfied, but I
probably wouldn't go back.  Especially with the attitude of their customer
service guy.  But the price was hard to beat - for this product.  And
$10-$15 savings isn't worth bad customer service and on time shipping, at
least not to me.
