RE: [ST] RE: XB8R vs. RS

I was a Buell fan until I rode an ST3 at the international Bike Show in Long
Beach a few months ago. I hope their XB8R is a MUCH better bike.
The guy 2 bikes in front of me in the dealer group ride crashed a XB8R .
There isn't another bike in the Buell lineup that comes close to the Sprint
for quality, dependability, or general use. I liked EVERYTHING about the
sprint better. And, the Buell is American, so I really wanted to like it.
Admittedly, it wasn't an XB8R, so I guess I'm commenting on Buells in
general. I commute on my ST. If I was buying a weekend toy I might
consider the XB8R. But I'd still wait until they get a year or two under
their belt to work out the bugs. And it's a Buell so there's gonna be bugs.
