Do you or does anyone have any info to substantiate this? I use a Battery
Tender Plus between 3 bikes, I just unplug from one's pigtail and plug
into the next every few days and have never power cycled the BT during the
changes. I've been doing this for a couple of winters now and all
batteries seem to be maintained fine.

What info do you have that makes you think this?
