Mine too and they are excellent. Do they sometimes mess up? Sure once 
in a while, they're human! But what separates them from a LOT of 
other dealers, and what makes them a great team is how they handle 
the screw ups.. They don't pretend it isn't their fault, if it is, 
they stand up and make it right,  PERIOD!
