[ST] Heli-Bars & Heated grips

I'm am going to put a pair of Heli-Bars on my ST.  However, I understand
that -straight out of the box- Heli-Bars won't work with triumph heated
grips.  Is there a modification that will allow the two to work together?
If not, is there another brand of heated grip that works with Heli-Bars?
