Thanks Jack (you always know the BEST route/site, eh?)
Direct quote from the testing listed above:
- ------------------------------------------------------------------------
We've used an older Gerbing's liner since 1987 and it has well over 100,000
miles of use! It's been stuffed in bags, worn in numerous off-road rides and
just generally abused. About 3 years ago heat to one of the sleeves went out
- - who could blame the liner. We sent it back to Gerbing's for repair and
received it back within about a week. To our great surprise there was no
charge since Gerbing's has a lifetime guarantee on the electrics portion of
their garments.
We simply don't know how to top that, and we don't know how to top Gerbing's
heated jacket liner. This has been and remains our favorite electrically
heated garment.

"Nuff said"!
