[ST] rotor replacement?

Hey gang,

I've got new front rotors coming in, changing the OEMs out for EBC's.  The
right one was out of spec, causing grabiness at low speed and a "dance" in
the mirrors at high speed...

So, any tips/info on what I need to know when changing them out?  Am I
gonna need new bolts?  Or a certain bolt locker (locktite)?
