[ST] RE:motor oil question: conventional or synthetic?

There are very few topics likely to generate more opinions than motor oil :)

Triumph recommend synthetic oil after the first 600 mile break in period with
new oil every 6000 miles. So, that's what I do.

Who am I to disagree with the factory engineers?
