[ST] Fork oil change

Two years on from getting my first RS I guess it must be time to join the
list.My 2p is to suggest that dealers don't change oil at 12000 as it takes
about an hour to do it properly, rather than "it doesn't need doing then".
Mine were 1/2 full of metallic ditchwater by then (forks, not the dealer)
