[ST] Luggage

Evening all,

I know that the hard bags can only hold 13lbs., and they will fly off and 
strike pedestrians and all at 55mph, but I freight mine all the time 
(groceries, tools, etc.) and don't slow down a bit.  No problems, no issues.  
YMMV.
