Since Eric uses the Majordomo list server you:

Send a message to majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

with the word "uns*bscribe" (without the quotes and replacing the * with a 'u')
in the BODY of the email.

if you are uns*bscribing from an address other than that to which you
originally s*bscribed then you will need to write "uns*bscribe
my_old@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

For all information on majordomo issues the command "help" in the body of an
email to majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx will give you 'chapter and verse' if that
facility is switched on.
