Welcome to the area, Mark! I use California BMW/Triumph and have been 
fairly happy with my experiences. They aren't perfect, but they've been 
reasonable and haven't screwed anything up in my dealings with them. 
Best of all, IMHO, are the free loaners with scheduled service. They're 
located in Mountain View, which is about at the bottom of the peninsula. 
There are other Triumph dealers in SF proper and in the East Bay, but I 
don't have any experience with them.
