[ST] RE: st-digest V2002 #406

Of course I have yet to ride a new Daytona, so the jury is still
out on it.

Owning a 929 and having ridden the new Daytona, the Triumph is definitely
not lacking in HP and is very capable of going as fast as I go in the
canyons, and no one has ever called me a slouch. The track day guys ask me
how I go that fast in the real world. Of course, they beat me at the track,
because they ride it a lot more than I do. I like the Daytona real well, and
only two things keep me from buying one; it's a long reach to the ground for
my 27" inseam and about $11,000 at this point in time.
