That is highway robbery. As always, I'll plug my local Honda dealer
here: Al Lamb's DFW Honda in Grapevine. $10 for tire mount and balance
with the wheel off the bike.
I would try calling all kinds of shops: Hardley, independents, etc. and
look for a better deal.
Also, some clubs or owners groups have purchased tire changing
equipment for their members' use.

You think there is some special training that is needed to change a
Triumph tire vs a KawaHondaYamaSuzi one? The Honda shop guys never take
more than 10-20 mins to change one of mine when I walk in and I haven't
noticed any scratches on my rims.
