or, 

1) put bike on centre stand
2) remove RS rear stuff (silencer/luggage)
3) wrap a shop towel around each of the 3 brake calipers
4) remove front calipers
5) loosen from pinch bolts and axel
6) loosen rear bolt
7) remove rear wheel
8) lift front
9) remove front wheel
10) place wheels and new tires and rims in cage
11) visit shop of choice

reverse process


note: ! will push the bike onto a couple of pieces of wood and then
do the same with the centre stand. Remove the front wheel piece of
wood, thus giving you and extra couple of inches to get the
rear wheel out.

For that matter, I do the same for an oil change, except I will put the
rear board under the front tire as well. It is amazing how that
extra inch of ground clearance can make the oil change easier.
