I'm almost at 22,000 miles (35,000 km) on my '00 RS, and despite the
fact I'm much lighter than you (~65 kg) I'm experiencing the same
problems on the rear. So I think it's a matter of wear, not of
harder riding. I still haven't played with preload & rebound damping
adjustements, but will do as soon as possible. My next problem will be
deciding if it's time for new suspensions or for a new bike...
