Yes, my dealer (unfortunately no longer a Triumph dealer, long story) does
the fork oil changes at 12k. Did it back when I had a Trophy 3, and on
the ST I bought used at 11k. A trustworthy shop foreman, and moving up
in oil weight are good telltale signs it was actually done!
