Larry I would have the tech go back over everything he did. If it was fine 
before they fiddled with it then it HAS to be something they did. Find out 
exactly what they did.. At 6k there really isn't much to do except checking 
a few things and an Oil filter change. It certainly seems to me as if it 
would be related to the tune that they loaded. Does the dealer have another 
ST that may have the older tune still in it?? Maybe they could swap in that 
computer??I've been told that once one loads in a new tune the old one can 
not be reloaded...  Fact my awfully good dealer here in NJ said that if a 
bike is running great he will not change tunes for fear of causing it to 
run poorly, since it can't be set back to where it had been.!  Also in 
reading your post you mention that You checked the air filter? To do that 
one has to pull the gas tank. Did you put everything back correctly.. There 
are several fuel lines etc that much be connect exactly or I can assure you 
the bike will not run.
