[ST] Chain tension

Ideally, chain tension is best adjusted when the center of the front
sprocket, then center of the swingarm pivot point and the center of the rear
axle are in a straight line. At that point, the chain would be its
tightest.

However, achieving that alignment usually requires:

1. Somebody to sit on the bike, and/or

2. You being able to actually see the necessary pivot points/axles.

Given that a lot of time either #1 or #2 are not feasible, then most bike
mfgs. will have you set tension with the wheel extended, and give you as
number that accounts for the fact that the chain is not at its tightest
point.

The fact that the ST number and the VFR number are not the same just
indicates that their 3 alignment points are not the same at the ST's.

Just my .02.
