Got this backwards don't you? You'll usually find race/track to have
somewhere in 20-25mm dynamic sag and street to be in 30-35mm range. Standard
static sag is usually given to be about 10-15mm. Depends on vehicle though -
my tz is designed to have 0mm static and 20mm dynamic. The Duc (not used as
a track bike) is setup for 15mm static w/30mm dynamic (still a bit stiff but
I tend to ride it agressively). The ST has 15mm static along with 35mm
dynamic (not nearly as agressive).
