Thanks for that info.  I sent my letters to Attn: Customer Service.  I don't
know if they will find their way to the right person or not.  I will send
another copy to Mike Vaughan for good measure.

I will proceed with the "it's fixed" mind set and try to have some fun on the
thing now.
