[ST] Skyking Pics

I ordered a pair of Skyking sliders for my new '01 ST and agree that
they are high quality materials. No fairing modifications are required.
There is a minor problem though, that John has very quickly handled.
Skyking sends two different sized bushings - a long one (90mm) for the
right side and a shorter one (50mm) for the left, along with
installation instructions and pictures. The set is part no. 17B for the
1998-2002 ST. But the mounting points on the '01 ST are equidistant
from the outer edges of the fairing and so the left slider barely peeks
out. This might not be true for the 1998-99 or 2000 model years.
The sliders were installed Tuesday by the dealer so we called John about
the different sized bushings. Not sure yet how this happened, but John
has been great about this and promptly agreed to send a 90mm assembly
for the left side. I expect it will fit perfectly. John has kept in
touch. The question is, are there differences between the engine mounts
or fairing shapes on the '01 ST and other years?
