[ST] It's Texas, let's ride

	Well, I was hoping that the weather man was wrong but alas he hit it on
the head.
	It's 18 degrees outside and heavy sleet. 9 in Amarillo and a wind chill
of minus 18! The roads are all frozen and as of 8:00 AM there are
already almost 200 wrecks on the roads. 
	But by Tuesday/Wednesday it's supposed to be in the middle 70's.
	Texas, gotta' love it :-)
