Re: [ST] GA legislation



There's similar legislation in Ohio, House Bill 238. 
I dont think the penalties are as stiff.  Sadly, as
far as I can tell from the Ohio Congress web page,
it's stuck in committee and I haven't followed enough
legislation through congress here to know how long
these things happen.
