OK...so using the Ben Franklin method of decision making:
Against frame sliders:
Won't save your bodywork
Unsightly (subjective)
Cost
Might bend/break the frame in a tumble
For frame sliders:
Sexy (subjective)
Reduce damage to bodywork/engine
Might save your foot/ankle/leg in a slide
Hmmm... Possible bent frame vs. possible trapped leg... Frame is insured,
so is leg... Frame less painful and easier to fix...
How much did you say they were again?
