[ST] Customer Service

Well, as you all know from the couple of emails I have sent off, I have not
had the best of luck with my order from epowersports - at least not what I
have come to expect from my dealings with online ordering. Well, now I have
a complet 180 degree report about Zero Gravity:

I ordered a ZG DB about the same time I ordered my jacket from epowersports.
They informed me at the time of the order that they did not have a DB in
stock and it could be up to 2 weeks for it to be made. I called near the
end of the 2 weeks to check the status and the customer service lady stated
she would find out and get back to me. She called me back telling me that
there was a problem with the machine and that it would be fixed and the DB
shipped by the following Wednesday at the latest (this was on a Thursday).
Well, I got home from work today and was looking through my emails and had
an email from this lady. She stated that the order had been shipped on
3/6/02, gave me the tracking number, and even put the link to the UPS
website so I could check the status. It should be here within 5 business
days of when shipped. Tentative arrival date of 3/12/02.

So, out of all the car and motorcycle stuff I have ordered in the last few
weeks, the only really frustrating experience was with epowersports.
