Re: [ST] Hi-wattage brake bulbs?



If you mean the ones that plug into the normal light sockets, I tried to put 
these on my bike.. They were EXCELLENT at night, but almost invisible during 
the day (I guess, due to the daylight on the red lens). Also, on our 
Sprints, they seem to point down a little, and I was afraid they would be 
invisible to SUV drivers (not a problem for the normal bulbs, which scatter 
light in all directions.)

Did you replace your taillight lens with a clear lens or are you using some 
sort of other LEDs?
