[ST] West Coast Insurance

Sorry if this posts twice, having problems mailing.  I am trying to find out 
if LA insurance rates are comparable with Chicago..  I am 44, no tickets for 
3 years, currently pay around $400 a year through state farm.  Is this a good 
rate for la or will I be paying more???  thanks
