[ST] Bulbs

Is that legal?  The bulb is what gives the indicator it's color when 
blinking.  Last I knew indicators had to be yellow in my neck of the woods.  
Not that I don't do the occational illegal thing, but I was curious.

Please let us know if you see any difference in those headlight bulbs.  I 
noticed the stockers are the same Philips part #(H4 12342VP) as the Vision 
Plus, but without the VP on the end.  So I've been holding off waiting for 
someone else to guinea pig this comparision.
