Re: [ST] long distance conditioning ironbutt-type

Ben,

I uploaded a word doc called BBG3000.doc to the triumph.net site.

I plan on purchasing a touring bike. Without any competition from Triumph,
my current first choice is a K1200LT. Anyway,I subscribe to the K12LT list
and there is a member by the name of Don Arthur and the BBG3000.doc was
written by him a month or so ago. Don is definitely our kind of people.

To learn more about Don Arthur see:

If you are long distance minded this should be inspirational.

Regards,
Daniel "Prairie Dawg" Miller

K12LT(unless the Triumph 22 is more than just another cruiser)

I've been surfing Ironbutt.com and other long distance
riding sites I've been able to find and have not been
able to find anything, nor was there anything in the
list archives that satisfued my search.

I'm looking for some reading about LD riding,
conditioning your body for LD riding, things to
remember to take with you, things to not bother taking
with you...basically, anything any of the experienced
LD riders can share.
