[ST] 5&6 gear neutral

In the last month I have twice experienced a dead spot (neutral if you will)
while shifting from 5th to 6th gear.  I loose power and the tach needle
drops.  It's obviously out of gear.  I have to toe-up the shifter again to
engage 6th.  Both times have been on the freeway while I'd dropped down to
5th to pass.  After the pass I'd be going pretty fast and ready for 6th gear
and, boom no power.  Any thoughts?  Thanks, Val
