Correct.  The RS simply has a low fuel warning light which (according to the
manual) comes on when there are about 3 litres left in the tank (21 litres
total).  However IME you should be able to get a good 200 miles down the
road before the light starts flashing.  Of course YMMV depending on riding
style etc.
