[ST] Center stand parts

Howdy,

I'm trying to work with the person I bought my center stand from to find the 
parts that I am missing.  It would be most helpful to him if I could provide 
him a picture of the parts that I am missing.  Apparently they got the 
center stand from a defunct motorcycle dealership.  So, can anybody describe 
or send me a small picture of the follow that are included with the center 
stand kit:

rubber buffer
shoulder bolt (the thing that holds the spring to the frame I believe)
peg feelers
