Hi Ralf,

Turn on the instrumentation with the ignition key (no need to start the 
engine).
Press and keep pressed the SELECT key for 4 seconds, and repeat until 
you'll find your desired combination (it will cycle through MPH&F - KPH&C - 
MPH&C - KPH&F).
