You said it "kids".  Anyone under 25 that's never riden before should not be
allowed to buy one.  They don't have the experience or respect to handle
anything that big, and thus get killed.

Hell, I've been riding since 1987 and my RS is more than I'll ever need for
the street.  I'm not afraid to admit that, until I take some classes on the
race track, the RS has more capability than I do.  But for what I use it for
(commuting & pleasure), I control the reins and respect the power to keep it
in line (99% of the time) to my abilities.  But I can feel the wild horse
wanting to come out.  I will bet that if I were 19, with this thing, I'd get
in trouble or get dead because an inexperienced 19-20 year old would most
likely let the wild horse out.
