I have a Aerostich Electric Vest.  I've had it a couple of years now, and
not had a problem with it.  Good quality stuff. Definitely keeps my body
warm.  I've used in on mornings down to about 20F and it's been plenty warm
enough for me.  Would I buy it again?  No.  because although my body is
warm, my arms and hands get cold!  I'd get a jacket line with heated sleeves
too, and heated gloves while I'm at it.  For that reason, you may want to
consider the Gerbings heated jackets.  You can get heated gloves that plug
into the jacket.
